Salt Lake City

Oh how I miss America. These photos were taken a few months back from my summer and work travel experience.
What I wore:
Coat: Thrifted (yes its thrifted!)
Dress: Thrifted
Shoes : Tidestore

Anyhoo, on our way to Salt Lake City I saw this breathtaking site that urge something inside me to ask my friend to stop the car and take photos there. Just look how clear the water is and how the mountains reflect on it. *O*  Funny how I want to swim there when it's really cold that day. LOL

It was spring season so most of the trees and plants are just starting to bloom. I never seen such beautiful flowers in my entire life ♥

It was our first day off so I still remember everything that happened that day. We also had the chance to visit the church and thank God that were there and thank Him for everything He has done for us. Until now I still thank Him for the wonderful experience. I can't wait to go back and visit all my friends there.

That's it. I wish I took a lot of photos for me to share, but during my trip I focused more on the moments than taking pictures to show off. I'm glad that I have few to share with you guys :D

Dongdaemun Design Plaza (동대문디자인플라자) and N Seoul Tower (STSgoes to Korea: Day 2)

I finally got the chance to blog about my Day 2 in Korea. Been very busy lately (as always) but here it goes.
We went to DDP on our second day. Its just 5 minutes away from our hotel. We just roam around and see the structures of this famous building. Dongdaemun is also the best place to shop for clothes, they have this divisoria-like stores as well. I didn't got the chance to take a picture of it though :<

Ootd! Fun fact: Its rare to see Koreans who wear colored coats/clothes during winter. They usually wear black and dark colors I don't know why haha.

Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP) is a blend of traditional buildings, relics and cutting-edge modern multicultural facilities. DDP is located at 281 Eulji-ro, Jung-gu, Seoul 서울특별시 중구 을지로 281

I was so curious what's inside that big treasure box haha (still curious until now)
Cuties! These two caught my eye since they're wearing bright colored clothes.
DDP looks breathtaking at night. The rose garden is lit up and the buildings beside the DDP was striking because of the lights. I recommend going there at night. It was really cold during December so going out late at night was freezing cold. Feels like I'm an awkward ice candy walking around haha. So we decided to go places during day time.
After our DDP visit we decided to head over to the famous Namsan Tower this is actually the most mandatory place that you have to visit in South Korea. Many Korean Dramas were tape here kyaaaah *o* this was all a dream before and now I have this clear picture in my head of what it feels like to be there. We took the bus 143 going there I think it's a 20 minute bus ride from Myeongdong. It's not that far.
Instead of going up to the tower by riding a cable car we decided to walk up instead (biggest mistake haha) it was tiring you guys I think its a 1 km walk. Its all worth it when we got up there though. You will appreciate the place even more.

One of my favorite shot that I took!

They have a public park for everyone where you can excercise after jogging or walking. Such a nice place to lose those fats!

Almost there you guys! Look at my tired awkward face >.<

Finally were up! Before I took this picture I bought bottled water first and churros <3 It's a must try.

"Walang forever" JK. I actually find this sweet the girl was from another country and the guy is Korean. I also believe that our soul mates lives miles away from us. Who would actually believe that our true love is just a few minutes away from us right? That could happen but nahhh.

It was indeed a dating place. But it's also a place for best friends and families to have fun. Just like me and my mom! We enjoyed the view and the colored love locks!
Its also a place for singles haha

The view from the tower! It was foggy that time it's  still beautiful though. For me Seoul is one of the best places to live in. Modern but still historical.
Something to look forward seeing when I go back.

That's it! I hope you like the photos. Rode the cable car going down :)
